Garlich Printing Co., an $11.4 million printing company based in Fenton, has acquired local competitor The Printing Source.Both companies are full-service commercial printers with similar capabilities. Garlich had 55 employees as of this August, before the acquisition, while Maryland Heights-based The Printing Source had 53 employ. Now, The Printing Source is a wholly owned subsidiary of Garlich Printing.
