BINDERY EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS
Stahl TF-66 Folders (2): Will fold up to a 26" x 40" sheet size. Equipped with Roto-Crease scoring system to help eliminate cracking on folds of heavier stocks, as well as provide high-quality in-line perforation.

Stahl T-50 Folder: Will fold up to a 19.5" x 33" sheet size. Equipped with Roto-Crease scoring system to help eliminate cracking on folds of heavier stocks, as well as provide high-quality in-line perforation.

Heidleberg ST-400 Saddle Stitcher: 6 pocket stations with cover feeder, 7 hand-feed stations, 2-up trim, in-line punch and re-folding of stitched material.
Max. signature: 12 5/8" x 18 7/8" untrimmed, 12" x 18 11/16" trimmed.
Min. signature: 3 5/8" x 5 1/16" untrimmed, 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" trimmed.
Punch specs: Maximum final book thickness - 1/8".
Dies available: 5/16" and 1/4" standard 3-hole punch, 1/2" automotive 5-hole punch, 1/2" / 3/8" combo automotive 5-hole punch.

Sanwa TRP-1060-SEII Automatic Platen Cutting, Creasing and Waste Stripping machine:
Max sheet size 41.73" x 29.13". Minimum sheet size 15.74" x 12.99". This die cutter has a maximum cutting area of 41.33" x 28.93" with operating speeds to 7,000 sheets per hour on a sheet caliper range of .004" to .060".

Heidelberg SBG 22" x 30" Die-Cutting Press: Additionally outfitted with Sharp-Shooter batch counter and tabber for in-line counting and tabbing of cut sheets.

Polar Cutting Systems (2): Equipped with Autotrim, joggers with air removal rollers, and Transomat robotic off-loading. Cutter is outfitted with a sheet-count scale for accurate lift counts and packing.

Texwrap automated shrink-wrap system.

Lawson Super-Duty Series "B" Drill with 5 heads.

Nygren Dahly drill with 3 heads.

Little David Automated Carton Sealing Machine (3)

Albo PT1800AP Load Turner: Ergonomic assist in managing loads of printed material including the ability to aerate and clean sheets between passes on press or prior to finishing.

Vacuumatic Mark VI Sheet Counter/Tabber automatically counts paper at a rate of up to 1,500 sheets per minute, and will insert tabs as desired, both with 100 percent accuracy.

DIRECT MAIL FULFILLMENT EQUIPMENT
Buskro BK602 Addressing Unit: Prints high quality images/text (static or variable data) with fast print speeds, utilizing Combo Print Technology. Prints on coated or uncoated envelopes, self-mailers, postcards, booklets; will print over aqueous coating.

BK700 Controller with Compose IQ Software: Imports a variety of mailing list formats; setup of address layouts, permit and graphic information; accepts all True type fonts; read and recognize information from databases for intelligent addressing and 1:1 personalization on inside pages and covers of stitched books.

Atlas Print Technology: Drop-on-Demand; 1 1/8" max. print height; black ink; 120 to 660 dpi; max. throughput 40,000 pieces/hour.

Hewlett Packard Print Technology: Drop-on-Demand; 1" max. print height; various colors (black, red, green, blue); can print up to two colors at one time, including spot color tag lines; 150 to 600 dpi; max. throughput 20,000 pieces per hour.

Kirk Rudy KR527 Tabbing Unit: Affixes one or two wafer seals; printed piggyback labels; permanent labels; USPS issued live stamps; can run inline or offline with above Addressing Unit.

V710 Inkjet Streamfeeder: Feeder for offline addressing and tabbing.

Kirk Rudy 411 Incline Conveyor: Feeder for feeding inline on folding and stitching equipment.

BCC Mail Manager 2010 Software: Designed for optimal postal discounts; convert and manage client databases; merge/purge; suppressions; CASS and PAVE certification; palletize mail for SCF and BMC destination entry rates.

Dynaric D-2100: Automatic strapping machine.
